Project Description.
This project involved the complete renovation of a 67 sqm ground-floor apartment in Ymittos, completed in 2024 with a total budget of €120,000, including the redesign and renovation of a 60 sqm outdoor area. The scope of work included structural strengthening using shotcrete, a full reconfiguration of the interior layout, and a comprehensive upgrade of all building services.
The renovation comprised a complete bathroom refurbishment, new plumbing and electrical installations, the installation of a natural gas heating system, and a solar water heater. New aluminum window frames and new floor finishes, including tiled and laminate flooring, were installed throughout the apartment. The outdoor space was enhanced with new steel and deck fencing, resulting in a modern, functional, and energy-upgraded residential environment.
