Project Description.

This project presents the architectural design and transformation of a property in the scenic settlement of Kalamos, Kythera, into a modern yoga and spa retreat. Set on a 2,600.98 m² plot, the development focuses on creating a harmonious blend of comfort, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. The project involves the renovation and extension of the existing ground-floor house and independent building, as well as the construction of new buildings, collectively providing 12 thoughtfully designed beds across rooms with private bathrooms, storage, and outdoor terraces. Shared spaces include a lounge, kitchen, library, and communal bathrooms, fostering a sense of community while maintaining privacy.
