Project Description.

This 70 m² third-floor apartment in Kallithea, Athens, was comprehensively renovated in 2024 with a budget of €41,000. The project included a full interior reconfiguration to optimize space, a completely renovated bathroom and upgraded kitchen, and new plumbing and electrical installations to meet modern standards. A natural gas heating system was installed to improve energy efficiency, while existing wooden floors were maintained and refinished, complemented by new tiled flooring in selected areas. New aluminum window frames enhanced insulation, durability, and natural light throughout the apartment. The renovation successfully transformed the space into a contemporary, functional, and aesthetically pleasing living environment, delivered within the planned budget and timeline.
