Project Description.
This project involved the complete interior renovation of a 110 m² third-floor apartment located in Ellinoroson, Athens, completed in 2022, with a total budget of €85,000. The scope of work focused on Interior Design and Renovation, aiming to upgrade both functionality and energy performance while preserving the apartment’s architectural character.
The renovation included the full refurbishment of all bathrooms and the complete redesign and reconstruction of the kitchen. All plumbing and electrical systems were replaced, and a new heat pump heating system was installed, complemented by an energy-efficient fireplace. The apartment was further upgraded with new aluminum window frames to enhance thermal and acoustic performance.
Special attention was given to the maintenance and restoration of the existing marble and wooden floors, preserving their quality while integrating them seamlessly into the renewed interior. The project was implemented under the “Exoikonomo 2021” subsidy program, achieving significant improvements in energy efficiency, comfort, and overall living quality.
