Project Description.
This project involved the complete renovation of a 52 m² apartment in Chalandri, Athens, with a total budget of €38,000. The scope covered Architectural Design, Interior Design, and Renovation, with a strong focus on functionality, contemporary aesthetics, and energy efficiency.
The renovation included extensive interior reconfiguration, a complete kitchen and bathroom renovation, and the installation of new plumbing and electrical systems. A new natural gas heating system was installed, complemented by an energy-efficient fireplace. The apartment was upgraded with new high-performance PVC window frames and new tiled flooring throughout.
The project was carried out under the “Exoikonomo 2021” subsidy program, significantly improving the property’s energy performance, comfort, and overall living quality. The final result is a modern, functional, and energy-efficient residential space tailored to contemporary living standards.
