Project Description.
The 120 sqm first-floor apartment in Agia Paraskevi, Athens, was designed and completed in 2023 with a total budget of €100,000. Located in a building constructed in 1987, the project included the issuance of a building permit for the apartment’s completion. The design focused on optimizing the layout, enhancing functionality, and delivering a modern, fully finished residential space.
Key interventions included space layout optimization, custom ceiling design, and the design and installation of a new kitchen and bathrooms. All plumbing and electrical systems were implemented according to the design, along with a natural gas heating system. New tiled and laminate flooring was installed throughout, creating a cohesive, contemporary, and fully functional living environment.
